Roles & Permissions

Each collaboration participant is assigned a specific role controlling their permissions. Roles range from leaders who can manage content and send updates, contributors who edit content, followers who can view and chat, and ghosts who participate without being seen.

Ephemeral storage

When a collaboration is wrapped-up (e.g., completed), all participants have access to a complete archive of the collaboration content. This includes all messages, all chats, and all versions of the documents and files that were exchanged. The archive is available for a 30-day grace period, allowing ample time for everyone to download and securely store the necessary content. After this grace period, all content is removed from TakeTurns.
