TakeTurns Tips: Writing a Wrap-Up note

When your work is done, it’s time to Wrap-Up! Wrapping-up formally concludes your collaboration. Write a clear wrap-up note to let all participants know that the collaboration has come to an end, and make sure everyone is aware that they can download an archive.

How to Wrap-Up your collaboration

  1. Click on the kabob menu in the top right corner of the collaboration
  2. Select Wrap-Up
  3. Write a note to let all participants know that you’re closing the collaboration

Writing a Wrap-Up note

When you Wrap-up a collaboration, you’re invited to send a note to the other team, just as you do when you end a turn. It’s a good idea to make sure everyone knows the collaboration is finished, and also that they can download an archive of the collaboration contents.

What if you need to re-open your collaboration?

If you’ve made a mistake, you can reopen your collaboration within the retention period. You’re invited to write a note upon reopening as well. In this case, you should let participants know why you’re reopening, and explain what additional work needs to be done.
