Archiving is a challenge for many organizations. We’ve been surprised to learn that many people end up using their inbox as an archive by default. This can cause a number of problems, including compliance issues, security and privacy risks, data loss, and disorganization.

During the retention period, all participants can download the archive. Once the retention period ends, all collaboration content is deleted from TakeTurns.

How to get an archive

  1. Wrap-up the collaboration, or navigate to a closed collaboration
  2. Click on “download archive.” 
  3. Choose whether you want the content from the last turn only (just final versions) or all turns (all versions). You can also choose whether or not to include chat messages.
  4. Download the archive to your device.
